The cost of grooming

It will not be easy to pay the professional groomer every time you both visit the salon. The Pomsky itself is expensive and the groomer knows very well that you will not hesitate to pay for it. If you are on a budget, it will be a wrong idea to get the puppy.
In fact, you will have to make sacrifices for it such as giving up your haircut or buying gorgeous clothes. You will have to spend most of your money on it. There are other expenses that you cannot miss: foods, treats, bathe supplies, grooming equipment and toys.
Just because you take it out for grooming does not mean you can skip on buying those at home. You have to buy the bristle brush, nail clippers, shampoo etc. The groomer is not going to come to your home regularly to brush your puppy. You are the owner and that is your responsibility.

Leaving it at home
It is another problem because they crave for love and attention. If you are someone who has to stay out most of the time, getting the pup is not a bright idea.

They need supervision all the time. If you cannot provide that, you should get the Pomsky. While you are at home, you should spend most of your time with it.
If it feels that you are ignoring it, it will develop depression and other medical conditions. It will become ill and have a loss in appetite. They are sensitive when it is about feelings.
Dealing with other Pomskys
Another issue you can have it anxiety. It is not the puppy’s anxiety, but yours. Every time you go out for a walk, you never know how it will react when it sees another Pomsky.
Pomskies are generally friendly but there is no guarantee how they react with different kinds of puppies and other Pomskys.
